S.O.Y. stands for the Student Organization of Yeshiva, and is the primary student council representing students of the Mazer Yeshiva Program within Yeshiva University. They are one of the organizations that we donate proceeds from the sale to.

The SOY Seforim Sale is wholly owned and operated by students of Yeshiva University.

| 3) | What is the SOY Seforim Sale's relationship to Yeshiva University? |
|
Although the sale is operated by students of Yeshiva University, the Sale is an autonomous enterprise.

| 4) | What happens to the profits from the Sale? |
|
Proceeds from the sale are used to support a variety of student activities on Yeshiva University's campuses, such as concerts, chagigas, shabbatons and special lectures.

| 5) | Where do your books come from? |
|
Our books come from over one hundred suppliers from around the globe.
|

| 6) | How long have you been in business? |
|
We have been serving the worldwide Jewish Community for over thirty-five years.

| 7) | Where is your bookstore located? |
|
The SOY Seforim Sale is conveniently located at 2495 Amsterdam Ave. in Manhattan (Washington Heights), NY. This year, the sale is taking place in the Weissberg Commons, which is located on the first floor of Belfer Hall on Yeshiva University's Wilf Campus. For directions, click here.

| 8) | What payment options do you accept? |
|
We accept US dollars, Checks, Visa, MasterCard, Amex, and Discover, as well as SOY Seforim Sale Gift Cards.

| 9) | May I place phone orders? |
|
Unfortunately, at this time, we are unable to accept orders over the phone.
|

| 10) | Can I place an order Online? |
|
Due to the high volume of orders, we can only accommodate online orders over $100. This will allow you to purchase anything from our vast selection, and have it shipped directly to you. We can provide you with different shipping methods upon request. Click here for more information about the online ordering process.

| 11) | How does the pricing work? |
|
The prices listed on the website are the actual prices of the books at the sale. Upon checkout, New York State sales tax will be added. For online purchases, shipping charges are added after the total of the sale is calculated.

| 12) | Can I return books purchased at previous sales? |
|
Any items purchased at previous sales became final with the completion of that year's sale. The only exception to this rule is for any damaged items, such as a book with missing or blank pages. All final rulings on this issue will be made by the Director of Customer Service. Please review our Policies page before coming to the sale to return books.

We put great effort into dealing quickly and expeditiously with your concerns and complaints. If anything you purchase is unsatisfactory or arrives in damaged condition, please contact us, and we will do our best to accommodate you.
